HOMEOPATHY
The first consultation is fairly lengthy because a full case history is taken. Some of the questions may appear totally unrelated to the presenting complaint but this is because a homeopath is trained to treat the whole person, not just one part. For example you might be suffering from a lack of energy and a problem with the right shoulder and after careful consideration of your case, a remedy would be selected that could treat both these complaints.

There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions that you may be asked - this is because you are an individual and your remedy is chosen to suit you and your complaint.

Homeopathic remedies can be prescribed in pill or liquid format and can be taken by people of all ages and they do not interfere with any medication prescribed by a GP.

Following on from your initial consultation, an appointment is made to review the case approximately four weeks later.


NUTRITION
Nutritional consultations take approximately one hour and again a full case history is taken and dietary advice is discussed. Specialised testing may be recommended depending on circumstances.

IRIDOLOGY
Iridology consultations last about one hour and during this time a specialised torch is used to shine a light into the client's eye allowing me to view the iris. At the end of the consultation the findings are discussed with the client and dietary recommendations are made.

REIKI
Reiki treatments last up to an hour. The beauty of Reiki is that a full treatment can be offered to the client, or they can tag on a small session at the end of their other treatment, time permitting.
